How I Got The Adsense Approval With 40 Days Of Blogging?

Hello readers,

In my previous article about "Tips for getting adsense approval easily" I had just left an announcement about my story of getting adsense approval with just 40 days of blogging, and now here it comes.

Most of the newbies are in a pre-conception that getting Adsense approval these days is highly tough than the earlier. Yeah, I too agree with this, but it's not that tough if you follow some tips. As you can see, the ads which are present right now have been started appearing just after 4 months of purchasing this domain and that too with just 40 days of blogging.

Confused right?? Well, I will give the math here, I started blogging in the middle of December 2013, and after nearly 15 days of blogging I purchased the domain www.thewikitech.com in January 2014. I continued doing blogging for yet other 15 days and after that I was forced to stay away from my blog for about 2 months as I was met with an accident. 

Then after recovering from the accident I started rebuilding my blog. After 10 days of hard work I applied for Adsense and successfully I was able to get approved. 

It's clear that my blog was neither 6 months old nor my domain. But still, my blog was able to get Adsense. So, as most of the newbies are much concerned about the Adsense approval, I would like to share with you guys the few tips that I have followed which helped me in getting easy approval from Adsense.

•  Simple theme

Previously I installed a theme which looked stylish and with some attractive widgets. I was in a state that stylish looks attracts visitors and would increase my traffic. But it's wrong, because the unwanted widgets instead lead to slow loading of web pages and hampered the traffic. So, I have replaced it with the current theme and it's simple and responsive. Gradually the traffic was increased and so the Alexa rank was improved. 
Things to keep in mind before choosing the theme...

• make sure to include social sharing icons.
• decrease the loading time by removing unwanted widgets.
• make sure that the site is properly navigated. 

• Content

I just concentrate on giving informative articles to the readers because they are what the readers wants from my blog. So, I started writing posts related to blogging and technology tips which have a most wide scope.  
I have been rejected thrice by Adsense for low-content. So, before applying for the fourth time I made my blog posts with over 700-800 words explaining each and every thing in detailed manner. Note that Google Adsense approves those blogs that have posts with over 600+ words since the advertisers pay for content-based websites. So write the posts explaining the topic and include images for easy understanding for visitors. Once you start engaging with the visitors then eventually your blog's bounce rate decreases.

• Link Buiding

Well, frankly speaking my blog hasn't have great number of back links at the time of the adsense approval. But now I have worked on it and got a decent number of backlinks. 
Simple technique for building backlinks is to comment of 'commentluv' blogs. Also install a good commenting system on your blog.(I prefer Disqus which looks cool and is fast loading).
Another technique is guest posting but in recent days it has become spammy. • Social Sharing   

This is the important part in blogging that drives the traffic to your blog instantly. As many of the new blogs aren't indexed in Google they don't appear in search easily. So the traffic from social networking sites like facebook, reddit, twitter, digg, stumbleupon etc., is very important. Most of my social traffic comes from stumbleupon.

Join different blogging communities(groups) in Facebook and start sharing the posts but don't spam. Also create a facebook fan page for your blog and try to get maximum likes for it which helps in reaching your blog to the readers quickly.

• SEO

SEO-Search Engine Optimization is the practice of making(optimizing) the content search engine friendly. Search engines love the sites that are optimized both on-page and off-page. Even I don't know much about it when I started blogging. I used to learn it from different sites in the internet and has been making great benefits from it now.
Basic SEO includes the placing of keywords in the title as well as in the posts. This is must for any blog to appear in the search results. I usually rely on Google keyword planner which helped me a lot.

•  Traffic

Well, when you take care of above things, then this is what you get. In my early days of my blogging my blog has experienced just a 40-50 pageviews daily. But later on, I started experimenting with StumbleUpon and other directories eventually my blog has reached 15k pageviews in no time and currently TWT gets around 600-700 pageviews daily of which 65-70% comes from US which feels very amazing for me.

All I would say is to never lose hope.. When I was rejected thrice and met with accident I was very much worried about my blog. It has just dropped in the rankings by a very large margin, but after I started rebuilding it with a great care of each and everything, now here is where I stand.

Adding comments is optional and you can leave it. Select the language and finally hit the 'Add this page' button. Then, you will receive an acknowledgement about the successful adding of the page. 

Result...
After adding the page return to the blogger dashboard and just check your stats. You can see a very good increase in the page views. Now what I have said at the starting is that you will get US traffic, so check it out by clicking on 'audience'. Surprisingly, the page views which you have got are totally from United States.
